Can I put a quote together from the van or on site?

Does JobbTrakr work with no signal, in a switchboard room, meter box or basement?
Yes. JobbTrakr is a PWA that keeps working without a connection, so you can open the job, check the schedule, log parts used and take photos in a signal-dead switchboard cupboard or basement, and it all syncs the moment you're back in range.
Does JobbTrakr track compliance certificates?
You can attach compliance certificates and test results to a job as files � things like a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) in NSW, a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) in Victoria, or a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) / Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC) in New Zealand. JobbTrakr doesn't yet issue or generate these certificates itself, so check what your state, territory or the NZ EWRB specifically requires.
Can I separate callouts, installs, and maintenance jobs?
Yes. Set a job type when you create the job, so emergency callouts, new installations, and scheduled maintenance visits are tracked and reported on separately instead of blurring into one list.
Will GST come out right on my quotes and invoices?
Yes. Set your country once in JobbTrakr and every quote and invoice calculates GST automatically, formatted to Australian or New Zealand tax invoice requirements so you're not doing the maths by hand in the switchboard.
Can I text a quote or invoice, and take payments online, without JobbTrakr taking a cut?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio account for SMS and your own Stripe account for payments, both set up directly in Settings. They're your accounts, so you wear those costs directly and JobbTrakr's subscription price stays the same no matter how many texts you send or payments you take.
